Nova Havens is a housing provider in the US that uses us for FRV Only.
They submit requests through the platform for FRV Only that will be assigned to the next rep available on the FRV lead queue.
After receipt we will complete an FRV either through the automated FRV tool or manually if required. After completion it will be uploaded to the Daily Status as a pdf, the platform will automatically email the FRV to the requester.
FRV Only submissions will be billed based on the number that are submitted per month.
